Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use wageyep.lat and the referral service Wageyep Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you agree to them. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Wageyep Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Wageyep Floor Coating does not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. It is also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you are connected with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, pricing, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. Wageyep Floor Coating does not employ, supervise or control them. It makes no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Please share accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach any part of it that you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Forms and Contact

When you call or send a form, you agree that Wageyep Floor Coating and the provider you are referred to may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@wageyep.lat.

Who Owns What

The content and design of the site belong to Wageyep Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. Copying or reusing them for commercial purposes requires our permission.

Limits on Liability

To the extent the law allows, Wageyep Floor Coating is not responsible for any loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to a provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," without warranties of any kind.
