About Wageyep Floor Coating, a Floor Coating Referral Service

A neighbor-style referral service

Wageyep Floor Coating is a referral service. We help homeowners with a garage or concrete floor find independent coating providers nearby. That is the whole job. Wageyep Floor Coating does not coat floors, and it would never pretend to.

Why older homes get extra attention

Many houses in the Laguna Niguel area are not new. Stucco ranch homes, bungalows and tract houses from the 1950s through the 1980s are common. Their slabs may hide hairline cracks, old patches, past sealers or moisture nobody remembers. Read the slab first. A provider who does that will give you a clearer plan than one who quotes from the driveway.

How matching works

You send a request through the form, or you use the phone option if one is shown. You tell us what you have: a garage, a basement, a workshop. You mention how old the house is and what the floor looks like. Then you are pointed to a provider in our network who handles that kind of job.

The provider reaches out, looks at the floor, and gives you a written quote. You decide what happens next.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to be honest about surface prep, to explain their process in plain words, and to put quotes in writing. We also ask them to treat older floors with patience.

What Wageyep Floor Coating does not do

Wageyep Floor Coating does not do any floor work. It does not set prices. It does not choose for you. It cannot promise a provider's schedule, results or availability, because those belong to the provider.

How Wageyep Floor Coating makes money

Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner connects with them. You do not pay Wageyep Floor Coating to be connected. Your quote comes from the provider, and you are under no obligation to accept it.

Ask the plain question

A good hire starts with good questions. How will you prep this slab? What happens if you find a crack or moisture? What is in the written quote? A calm, clear answer is usually a good sign.
