You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by telling the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Wageyep Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second look. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
