Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies to everything on wageyep.lat. Please read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referrals, Not Floor Work

Wageyep Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. It connects homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. Wageyep Floor Coating does not grind, repair, coat or seal floors. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, never by Wageyep Floor Coating.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

Being referred does not mean Wageyep Floor Coating endorses a provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, price, look or lifespan of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will have room for your job at a certain time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

General Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal or financial advice. Every slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings and weather can all change what a floor needs. Talk with a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Any prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Your actual cost depends on the size of the floor, its condition, the prep needed and the system you pick. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.

How Coatings Perform

How a coating holds up depends on surface prep, the product chosen, how it is applied and how the floor is used. Descriptions here, such as stain or UV resistance, are general and differ by product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your project.

Safety Around the Work

Floor coating work can involve grinding dust and chemical products. Follow the provider's directions about keeping out of the work area, ventilation and cure times.

How Wageyep Floor Coating Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Wageyep Floor Coating when it connects them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current. We cannot promise it is complete or without mistakes.
